Preorders
At Gundam-store, we have chosen to take in even more geeky things than just model kits. This means that our storage capacity is no longer sufficient. However, that doesn't stop us. That is why we use the preorder/advance booking system which is seen elsewhere as well. In practice, this means that when you order preorder products from us, we order them directly from the distributor. When they then arrive with us, typically after a few weeks, we send them to you.
To make it easy, we've outlined it here:
1. A preorder is not in our own physical warehouse. We order directly from the distributor the same day.
2. Delivery time is typically 2-4 weeks, as we receive orders a few times a month.
3. We do not deliver/split deliver products in this category. An order is sold together, even if there are different release dates on it. If you want one item faster than another, they must be ordered separately.
4. Payment. The money is reserved but withdrawn only when we ship from our own warehouse, but there are exceptions:
4.1 If you pay with Anyday, we cannot withdraw money after 28 days, so we have to withdraw the money regardless. This is especially true if you have ordered a product with a release several months after purchase.
4.2 If you pay with Quickpay, we can withdraw money for up to 6 months. If there is a release later than that, we also have to withdraw money ahead of time.
5. You can always cancel your purchase if it is within 14 days. If you have ordered a statue for a considerable amount, e.g. +5000 DKK (we have statues for over 100,000 DKK) then it is something we have to discuss and you will be contacted, as it is ordered specially and cannot simply be returned when it has first been out with you.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You are responsible for the goods from the time of delivery.
You cannot cancel the purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

You bear any return costs yourself.
CONDITION OF THE GOODS WHEN RETURNED
You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods.
In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. The item must be returned in unopened packaging.
If our quality control assesses that the item's condition does not meet the applicable conditions, the item will be sent back to the sender without either the entire purchase amount, or parts thereof, being returned.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all defects in material and manufacturing.
This means that you can basically get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
Complaint regarding errors and defects must be notified to Gundam-store ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Gundam-store ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
