Luluce Lily wear (Color C) is the third redesign of the original three 30MS kits, this time with an equipment update and a much better aesthetics. Speaking of which...
Aesthetics:
30MS started with shiny skin and detailed hair, but have moved onto matte skin and more stylized 'anime' looking hair instead, though the high ponytail is much more elaborate this time.
Old Luluce had a dismayed side-eye and an angry shout, but the new Luluce faces are way happier and it suits her!
While the other two moved slightly away from the tech bodysuits, towards something sportier, Luluce has abandoned the suit entirely and is instead leaning hard into her two themes: Belly dancer with harem style leg warmers and tanuki equipment.
She keeps her white sleeves but this time she has covered thighs, single bend knees (bare skin), the already-mentioned bell-bottom leg warmers and unique sneakers, with fold-out 3mm pegs on the bottom.
Her unique body has a lot of midriff showing, essentially just wearing a tube top and a collar with very low cut shorts (or panties if you swap out the thighs). She also has odd color accents like the other two redesigns this time in neon highlighter yellow, but it's only the arm ring parts and on her chest, so you omit all of it (with a replacement chest)
This time, instead of grey, her equipment is in dark brown and the same sandy brown as her ring parts, probably based on the American ring-tail raccoon (tanuki looks more like a fluffy wolverine), since she has one of a ring tail and a raccoon ear headband.
I'm not sure how deliberate it is, but there sort of seems to be a bee theme as well, with her honey dipper stick weapon and the tail (when assembled) having a similar shape to a bee's beehind.
Interestingly the body is a little larger. Luluce grew (in several ways), becoming more of a 'medium' body type, while Tiasha has stayed the same height. It's only a few millimeters, mostly due to her larger thighs, but her waist/hips are also broader.
Mechanics/Compatibility:
While the thighs now use a ball instead of a tilting joint, the model is largely a side-grade to her old model. Better thighs, worse knees. The rest is mostly the same, with a better ab-crunch. Mechanically, 30MS isn't much different as a line, now compared to then, but they do little tweaks here and there, going back and forth between joint types.
I guess there's no reason to fix what isn't broken.
The mace head can be pushed into her back facing vernier to make a raccoon ring tail, and her side skirts can be attached onto her wrists (using the ring parts with 3mm pegs) to form claw-like punching weapons
For compatibility it's the usual, you can swap anything out. Because the legs are the three-part types, you can swap out the legwarmer shins or the middle lower-thigh-knee-and-upper-shin part instead. There might be a compatible upper torso part that you can replace the skin with (maybe Sourei) but I'm not too sure. The abdomen is unique though, so no skin swapping here.
Her equipment mostly has that same sandy brown as her old Heavy Armor kit and her black and white details match the old mecha-limbs kit, so she is aesthetically compatible with those. You may need Luluce's original legs to equip all the Heavy Armor though.
Luluce's chest is detachable, using the newer and more commonly used double tab and single peg connector, so you can give her any size replacement. Tiasha has truly been left behind, doomed to stay short and flat.

3 Face Plates - Smiling side-eye (the other way this time), winky face with tongue sticking out and a happy open mouth with closed eyes face
3 Sets of Hands - Holding, fists and 'dainty' spread open hands
1 Two Handed Mace
1 Skirt Armor - Side skirts and vernier tail, attached to lower back plus headband
Ring Set in sandy brown and a 3mm peg extender
Conclusion:
I think I enjoy this redesign the most, Luluce really deserved a happier looking and more coherent theme. Replacing the grey with black did a lot to help her and giving her an actual weapon instead of just a weird hair-attachment shield is also the right choice.
I think her old ears were a little cuter, but fortunately they replaced that awkward butt thruster with a larger and more colorful assembly.
Definitely way cuter, way better looking and now with the ability to have way bigger boobs.
If you preferred her more petite and slender look, that's fair too.
