30 Mecha Musume

Sister #04, Alka-Carti, is the first of the "form" equipment kits and the fourth Sister to be released. This is a recolor of the entire Rishetta kit (with slightly improved thighs), with new hair bangs and a transforming backpack plus weapons. It is an excellent equipment kit, especially for customization.

Alka-Carti, Far-Farina and Siana-Amarcia are the three original "full kit" boxes, all three recolors of the original three sisters. Since then, all the Form kits have either been original or at least a variant, such as Tukirna.

Aesthetics:
Alka-Carti uses Rishetta's G-Type body in Color A skin, the "Grande" or tallest version of the original body shapes and the same plugsuit.
This time with a bare midriff from her bust to her panty-line, giving the body a different visual read entirely, especially with the red/white/black instead of Rishetta's black/grey/orange.

She comes with a slightly larger bust than Rishetta's aerodynamic chest protector, giving her a bit more to work with.

The kit shamelessly uses the same gear (leg/arm armor, shoulder plates and claw forearms) with the exception of the static tail and cat ears, instead using a pair of mecha horns and a massive modular backpack with an industrial 30MM design.

While she uses the same back of the head hair (original bangs included) she has her own bangs with a forehead plate and fringes, giving her a lot of hair layers. The blonde instead of light grey does a lot to differentiate them.

Mechanics/Compatibility:
The 'Quartet' equipment is a transforming platform that combines two folding legs, two handguns with blades and a lower back mount, to give Alka-Carti a variety of silhouettes.
1. You can put them in 'wing mode' with the bladed guns mounted on the sides as wings.
2. You can have the guns on top and lower the two mounts to give her a hovering 'mega skirt' look.
3. You can fold out the legs and stand her on the ground in 'centaur' mode.

The mounts detach from the back skirt and can attach as mecha legs directly onto her thighs, replacing her own legs, or be used with a 30MM model instead. It's a very versatile backpack with a lot of hard points to mount other things onto, just note that because they're on a 3mm peg each, they leverage quite easily, so it's limited how much weight you can put on them.

It's Rishetta's body, so it's made to be modular, with those awkward tab holes in her forearm and side of her legs. The bust plate is the old single peg style (largely obsolete now) while her limb armor allows for C-clip equipment on her forearms and a multitude of 3mm hard points and tab holes on her legs, including four extra holes under the caps.

There are three Option Body kits using the same Grande body mold in Color B and C skin, so you have options to recolor her even further.

Equipment:
All of Rishetta's equipment (everything except the original face plates)
3 new Face Plates - Stoic with blue eyes, side-eye with magenta eyes and a 'wounded' or embarrassed face with one magenta eye open and mouth slightly parted while blushing
6 pairs of Hands - Fist, holding, spread open, slightly less spread open, peace fingers and finger pistols
1 set of Transforming Quartet Gear
2 Bladed Pistols - Held in hands or mounted on the backpack
2 Blade Gauntlets - The kit comes with four blades, one is a spare, the rest are on the pistols and back skirt, which you're supposed to mount on one gauntlet - I highly advise that you don't disassemble them since C-clips are easily stressed and broken
1 Chest Adapter - For mounting 30MM chest parts
1 Backpack and Neck Adapter
1 set of white Ring Parts
1 transparent Runnerless Stand - She can't stand on her own unless she's bracing on the mounts or in 'centaur' mode, so use the stand to give her an in-air pose

Conclusion:
Bandai wanted to make cheap modular mecha-musume kits, compared to Kotobukiya's Frame Arms Girls and started out with the original three plus their expansion packs. Alka-Carti is the first full box kit that you don't have to add anything to, to make her look cohesive, while her predecessors looked under-geared.

The recolor is effective, she looks very different from Rishetta, but Bandai missed an obvious opportunity with the three "30MM girls", by not giving them other skin colors, to mix and match the body sizes. It's a little silly.

I think leaning into that semi-generic 30MM style for the modular and transforming backpack is the right call, it gives her the 'pick up anything and use it' aesthetic that allows a variety of extra gear to slot into all of those hard points dotted around the kit.

It's still expensive, because you get a big box of runners, even if she's a little outdated relative to her newer Sisters, but what she's got going for her is bulk, none of the later Sisters has the silhouettes that she does, regardless of their "Form" equipment.
