Rydira (what's next, Horsia? Aircraftia?) is a mint green (or is it mint blue?) wearing girl with a skateboard and a helmet. Considering her hot pink eyes and lavender colored hair, she might be a shoe-in as Motoko Kusanagi's little sister. Or maybe a fellow biker of Shotaro "TETSUOOOOO" Kaneda's gang (good luck side-sliding her skateboard).
She has a cute little goat emblem on her chest (guess she's a 'climber').
Aesthetics:
Color A skin.
Whether you want to peg her as 'cyberpunk', retro 90's or soft Synthwave, she's definitely in that broad ambiguous category of 'near futuristic' outdoors wear with zippers, pouches and safety padding/pseudo armor.
Most interestingly she has a tall collar bolero jacket that is meant to be removable (with replacement shoulders to fit a jacket-less look).
Her helmet is a bit odd looking, but reminds me mostly of a full face mountainbike helmet.
Compatibility:
Standard sized face plates and her hair will fit on any standard sized heads. Her 'helmet bangs' will obviously fit inside of 30MS helmets (not Acerby helmets though). Her arms are fairly standard, with both jacket sleeves and bare arm shoulders, while her legs use the newer 3-part system where you slot boot type feet into the shins.
Her bust is the more common two-tabs-and-a-peg style, so you can swap her skater airbags out with most other cushioning devices.
Her knee and thigh armor (padding) are highly compatible with the entire 30ML line. You can put these as easily on a Portanova as a Liber Knight.
You might think she'd be compatible with the Turbo costume line that followed, but you would be a silly Billy (goat, like her emblem) for thinking that. Of course they're not! They're compatible between themselves, but Rydira does her own thing and seems to have just about zero torso compatibility with anything else. While there's a similar looking 'Sigma Sisters' kit in that same highlighter color + black, there's no notable compatibility between them, even the bust pegs and shoes are different.
Despite all that, her jacket is a three piece system plus shoulder sleeves, and should fit over any 30MS body that does not have a large collar (such as Marical) or anything else that obstructs - The sides/folds of the jacket can be pulled out slightly.
Note that her ankles are prone to stressing if you twist her feet often, be sure to handle them carefully.
Equipment:
3 Face Plates - Neutral 'cool girl' smile, open mouth 'call out' and very angry with gritted teeth
1 set of extra bangs for wearing under helmets
1 Jacket 'kit' with bicep sleeves and alternative bare shoulders
1 Helmet with detachable visor (can be placed in an open state)
1 surfboard shaped Skateboard with five 3mm hard points (wheels don't roll freely)
4 pairs of hands - Holding, fists, dainty open hands and helmet-holding hands
1 grey 3mm Peg Extender
1 set of the usual Ring Parts in mint green (or is it mint blue?)
1 set of Knees (3mm pegs) and thigh armor (3mm hard points)
Extra non-compatible joint pegs and partial knees
Conclusion:
The lack of compatibility with the later Turbo bodies is a bit of a silly move. If there had been other jackets with those in other colors than retro 90's mint green, those would've made for superb extra parts, but as it stands, you just get this Baja Blast reject green, that you can try and put onto other kits. At least you can swap the busts out and the Color A bust on Rydira just has white and grey on it, so it'll fit onto most things, visually.
Her legs/thighs are pretty unique, without any skin color on them, so they'll match most other kits just fine, but the ankle sleeves (meant to look like the top of boots) deliberately cover internal parts, so those are visually not optional, though they're not strictly part of the legs.
She doesn't have to be used as a 'skater' girl, she's just as comfortable on an Exa Bike or in the cockpit of a Provedel.
