Molotow, a well-known brand in the graffiti industry, makes some pretty amazing products. Here's a Blackliner, which is perfect for areas where pour-type washes fall short. This could be in places where panel lines are not deep enough for the pour type to "flow" well, or areas where you can't clean up with a cotton swab afterward.

The nib is very fine, so don't press too hard with this pen.
