Near Godhand Equivalent

Never use this for thick gates - If you don't have anything else, at least use the low end of the blade and not the tip.

It's a single blade nipper, it's cheaper than DSPIAE ST-A3.0 and I think it's better.

I've had two DSPIAE ST-A3.0, one that the tip broke off of (rest in piece) and from the Year of the Horse anniversary set, which to me seems not quite as good.

Madwork's NPM-01 to me seems more like the DSPIAE nipper that I broke.

Besides that vague comparison that I can't quantify with any sort of tests, it has:
A longer blade
A reverse design (blade, screw and limiter pin is on the opposite side)
A leather pouch without a button
And it comes in a neat tin with a lid and a foam cutout if you feel extra protective of it

It most notably does NOT have the 'brace lip' that the ST-A3.0 does, which is for you to brace the nipper on while cutting off a nub. Notably this also leaves a tiny bit of plastic on a flat surface, if there's nothing to brace on - Bit of a pro-con feature.

I've used the NPM-01 for a few kits and just as advertised, you should use it for thin gates and snipping off nubs.
I've built over 150 kits and to me this is just as good as the ST-A3.0 - I've never had a "Godhand" I don't know if it truly is the best or if there's an upper echelon of nipper supremacy that I just don't understand, but if you want to cut of nubs without stressing the plastic, this is a good bit cheaper.

That's just my experience - Look up more reviews if you're in doubt.
